Who we are. Outpaddling is a paddling equipment retailer based in Malta. If you have any questions about your data, email info@outpaddling.com.
What we collect. When you send a pre-order request, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number (optional), delivery region and locality, the product options you chose, and any notes.
Why we use it. We use these details only to answer your request, quote shipping and arrange your order. We process them because you asked us to take these steps before a possible purchase (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). We do not sell your data or use it for marketing without your consent.
Who helps us. The form is delivered to us by Formspree, our email runs on Google Workspace, and this website is hosted by Netlify. These providers process data on our behalf, and some may do so outside the EU under standard contractual safeguards.
How long we keep it. We keep your details for as long as we need them to handle your request and any resulting order, and afterwards only as long as the law requires (for example, for accounting records).
Your rights. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing us. You can also complain to Malta's Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDPC).
Cookies. This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. It saves a copy of the product catalogue in your browser's local storage so the page loads faster on your next visit.
